registered company. We run on AWS EC2 in Sydney with encryption at rest and HTTPS/TLS in
transit. Our approach to data, privacy, and AI governance is straightforward, transparent, and
built around the needs of Australian operators.

Infrastructure & Data Protection

AWS EC2 — Sydney Hosted

The EnvokeAI platform is hosted on AWS EC2 infrastructure in Sydney, Australia, ensuring low
latency for Australian users and keeping your data onshore.

Encryption at Rest & In Transit

All data stored on the platform is encrypted at rest on the EC2 server. Every connection
between your browser and our platform uses HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.

Platform Hosting

Our application is currently hosted at app.envokeai.co.nz, the domain used during our initial
platform build. All billing, payments, and business operations are conducted exclusively through
Search Rank Results Pty Ltd (ABN: 46 151 290 514). For any billing or payment enquiries
contact contact@envokeai.com.au

Customer Data Control

You own your data. Workspace data can be deleted on request at any time by contacting
contact@envokeai.com.au. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
purposes.

Model Transparency

Every answer generated by your AI agent can be traced back to the source documents you
provided during training. Optional redaction tooling allows sensitive material to be removed
before training begins.
